PEC is composed of nearly 30 highly intelligent and ethical people who have expertise in the education industry. The organization is divided into four departments: Consulting, Cooperation, Outreach and Marketing Tech Promotion Department. Each department is responsible for different tasks, resulting in a complete system, which then fulfills the mission and goals of PEC.
CONSULTING DEPARTMENT: It's main objective is to communicate with students by answering questions and concerns via the internet, by phone or in person. In addition, the department will consult with students and parents during on site visitations. PEC will also counsel and guide students in preparation for attaining their education overseas. Miss Duan has a passion and desire to help students attain their goal by enrolling them into the university of their choice. With over six years of consulting, Miss Duan has assisted students, enrolling them into universities such as Carnegie Mellon University for graduate study, and Syracuse University.

Evie Wu, Consultant and Visa Interview Instructor
Miss Wu designs flexible and strategic applications for American universities according to students’ various backgrounds. Many students who previously had their visas rejected passed the visa interview successfully after being instructed by Miss Wu. With the guidance of Miss Wu, many students have enrolled in colleges and universities such as Boston College, Case Western Reserve University, and the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.

COOPERATION DEPARTMENT: It is in charge of tasks dealing with domestic institutions and other agencies. The department’s role is to support, maintain and manage the company’s sub-agents. Members are all very experienced in working with agents. The department is also the channel for promoting our partner universities with mainland China.

Members of this department are all proficient in English and their task is to provide information on America’s culture and education, facilitating successful transition into these schools and the American environment.
